Dr. Madelon Amies graduated with honours from the University of Queensland in 2012.

Dr. Amies has practised for the previous 12 years in General Practice, specialising in particular within the fields of Women’s and Children’s Health, Family Health, Antenatal Care, Childhood Immunisations, Child and Adolescent Health, Contraception, Minor Procedures, Chronic Disease Management, Skin Checks, and Mental Health.

Dr. Amies grew up in Maryborough before moving to Brisbane to complete her university studies.

She has worked in several hospitals throughout south-east Queensland prior to commencing Medical Practice in 2016. Dr. Amies enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

Dr. Amies has a strong interest in chronic disease management, preventative healthcare, and patient education.

Operating as an independent medical practitioner, she is dedicated to working with allied health and medical practitioners to deliver high-quality healthcare services to her community.
